• A case under Burglary has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In between 25/04/2007 at 2330 hrs and 26/04/2007 at 0530 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Nemichandra Jain (57) R/o Pavana house Nellikaru village Mangalore Taluk by removing the roof tiles and committed theft of gold ornaments and cash Rs. 4,000/ all in worth Rs. 1,85,000/.

• A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 18/04/2007 in between 1630 hrs and 2130 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Hero Honda Splendor motorcycle bearing Reg. No. AP-11-H-1134 belonging to one Dr. Shrujan N. R/o Kankanady Mangalore that was parked at Maidan Road near Lady Goshen hospital Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 15,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 24/04/2007 at 1830 hrs at Marnamikatte Mangalore one unknown motorcycle rider drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Dr. Giri N. S. R/o Marnamikatte Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 25/04/2007 at 2330 hrs at Neerachilume Ujire village Belthangady Taluk one Chennabasappa (24) driver of Tata mobile vehicle bearing Reg. No. KA-01-A-7425 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-7118. As a result one Govinda rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

On 25/04/2007 at 0930 hrs one Abdul Razak (42) R/o Parladka Puttur Town criminally restrained one Shekara B. (28) R/o Bappalige Puttur Town near Fish Market at Puttur Town and assaulted him by hand owing to trivial issue.

• A case under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act has been registered in Mangalore Woman Police Station. On 24/04/2007 at 1045 hrs WASI of Women PS on rounds arrested one Prema (32) who was soliciting for prostitution at public place near Railway Station at Mangalore.

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 25/04/2007 at 1130 hrs one unknown male dead body aged about 35 yrs 40 yrs was found in Netravathi Snanagatta at Dharmastala Belthangady Taluk. It death seems to be due to drowning.
