Police officers of all ranks are eligible to contribute papers to this congress. Non police officers from the field of law, social science, media and other academicians can also contribute on the above subjects especially on the topics mentioned above against (a) and (b). It may be ensured that the papers are based on empirical data and research-oriented conceptualizations and are relevant to the themes mentioned above.
It is requested that the paper be sent in triplicate (hard copy) and a soft copy / (cd/floppy/e-mail) to BPR&D along with an abstract containing a gist of important points covered in the paper so as to reach BPR&D positively by 7th January, 2006 under the following address:
