• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Mangalore South Police Station. On 03/11/2007 at 2100 hrs at Marnemikatte Mangalore one driver of Maruti Alto bearing Reg. No. KL-13-R-2303 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Kinetic Honda scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-J-4093 driven by Lingappa (29) R/o Guttigaru village Sullia Taluk. As a one Jayalakshmi pillion rider of said scooter sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Urwa Police Station. On 03/11/2007 at 1230 hrs on NH 17 at Kuntikana junction Mangalore one driver of Ambassador car bearing Reg. No. KA-11-A-2293 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-9079 from behind driven by one P.K.S Pilley (63) R/o Urwa Mangalore due which driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-9079 lost control and rammed to a lorry from front. As a result car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-9079 got damaged. No casualties reported.

On 03/11/2007 at 1030 at Nidgal Kalmanja village Belthangady Taluk accused one Lieo R/o Kalmanja village Belthangady Taluk assaulted Jayanna (39) R/o Halebeedu Beloor district, his sister Lakshmi and his relative Raja by hand with stone and he also tried to kill Lakshmi owing to personal enmity.
