(29) R/o Kolya Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk by bending the window grill and committed theft of gold ornaments and cash Rs. 2,600/ all in worth Rs. 1,46,600/.

In between 06/11/2007 at 1600 hrs and 07/11/2007 at 0745 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the Central School at Panambur Mangalore by removing the window grill and committed theft of a LCD Projector. - A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Panambur Police Station. On 06/11/2007 at 1815 hrs on NH 17 at Panambur circle Mangalore one unknown driver of Trailer lorry bearing Reg. No. TCE-7299 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Philomena Vegas a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries. The Trailer lorry driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Kavoor Police Station. On 07/11/2007 at 1030 hrs at Bodel Mangalore one Kelvin Montero (53) R/o Sunkadakatte Kasaragod District Kerala State passenger of the bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-LD-60 while getting down from the bus, the driver of bus moved the bus in a negligent manner due which he fell down from the bus and sustained simple injuries.

On 06/11/2007 at 1330 hrs accused Chennappa Gowda, Secretary of Balila Panchayath and Malini Prasad President of Balila Panchayath criminally restrained Vadya Vigneshawara Bhat (58) R/o Balila village and Gangadhara Gowda at Kanchodu Balila village Sullia Taluk and abused them in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and also gave life threat to them owing to personal enmity.

- A case under Causing death due to negligence (sec 304 A) has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 06/11/2007 at 2050 hrs one Melwin Abravo who was working on the P.S. Fancy Stores building at Valencia Mangalore fell down to ground and got serious injuries due to the negligence of Prabhakara the owner of said shop. Further he was admitted at Fr. Muller hospital Mangalore were he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on 07/11/2007 at 2300 hrs.

On 07/11/2007 at 1900 hrs on credible information PSI Belthangady PS along with staff conducted a raid at Maddadka Kuvettu village Belthangady Taluk and seized 42 liquor bottles (each 180 ML) value of Rs. 1,300/ . However accused one Anni Poojary (50) R/o Odilanla village Belthangady managed to escape from the scene.
- A case under Karnataka Excise Act has been registered in Venoor Police Station. On 07/11/2007 at 1945 hrs on credible information PSI Venoor PS along with staff conducted a raid at Shivanagara Chenaithody village Belthangady Taluk and seized 36 liquor bottles (each 180 ML) value of Rs. 1,000/ . However accused one Gummanna Shetty managed to escape from the scene.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. One Adithya Bhardvaj R/o Joedpur Rajasthan State attempted to commit suicide by consuming poison on 05/10/2007 owing to personal problem. Further he was admitted to Unity hospital at Mangalore where he declared dead while under treatment on 07/11/2007 at 1800 hrs.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 07/11/2007 at 1600 hrs Veerappa Gowda (40) and Deekayya @ Giriyappa Kumbara (30) who were while working in the farm at Uliya Bailu Patrame village Belthangady Taluk belonging to one Virendra Kumar (35) due to heavy lighting they got electrocuted and died.
