On 04/11/2007 at 1200 hrs on credible information PSI Surathkal PS along with staff conducted a raid on open place near Pavanje Bridge at Chelairu village Mangalore Taluk and seized 03 cocks, 01 motorcycles and cash Rs. 1,370/ by arresting Prabhakara Suvarna, Gunakara Shetty and Sanjeeva who were indulging in betting on cock fighting.
In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in Surathkal PS U/S 87 and 93 of the Karnataka Police Act.
