- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 2000 hrs on Belthangady-Ujire public road at Laila village Belthangady Taluk one Somanatha driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-4870 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Tanker lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-41-1881. As a result Somanatha driver of auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Puttur Town Police Station. On 06/11/2007 at 1230 hrs in front of Pragathi hospital at Puttur Town one Sulaiman driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-9268 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-6733. As a result Vishwanatha Gowda (35) R/o Bellipady village Puttur Taluk rider of said motorcycle rider sustained simple injuries.

On 05/11/2007 at 2300 hrs accused Haaris, Hamza, Mohammed and Abdul Khader @ Althaf criminally trespassed into the of house belonging to one Kamaruddin (20) R/o Talapady Bantwal Town and abused him in filthy language and also assaulted him with knife owing to previous enmity.
- A case under Criminal restraint along with Hurt has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 06/11/2007 at 1830 hrs accused Ramesha, Mohanadas, Sudhir and Manoj criminally restrained one Sebestain Rrodrigas (18) R/o Golathamajalu village Bantwal Taluk near Santhakatte Kalladka Bantwal Taluk and assaulted him by hand owing to trivial issue.
- A case under Criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 06/11/2007 at 1325 hrs at Kanchodu Balthila village Sullia Taluk accused Vigneshwara Bhat R/o Blathila village and Gangadhara Gowda R/o Mupperiya village Sullia Taluk abused one Chennappa Gowda (42) Secretary, Balthila Panchayath Sullia Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him while he was on duty.

On 06/11/2007 at 2015 hrs on credible information Crime PSI Venoor PS along with staff conducted a raid at Nelyakumeru Kukippady village and seized 35 liquor bottles (each 180 ML). However accused Ananda Nellya managed to escape from the scene.
- A case under Karnataka Excise Act has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 06/11/2007 at 1620 hrs on credible information PSI Belthangady PS along with staff conducted a raid at Kallagudde Melanthabettu village Belthangady Taluk and seized 45 liquor bottles (each 180 ML) value of Rs. 1,350 by arresting Naveena (25) R/o Kallagudde Belthangady Town who were selling these liquor bottles illegally there.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 06/11/2007 one Anil Bhaktha (32) R/ Carstreet Mangalore committed suicide by hanging in his house owing to personal problem.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. In between 06/11/2007 at 1230 hrs and 07/11/2007 at 0900 one Balakrishna (35) was found dead near Pavanje Bridge at Surathkal Mangalore Taluk. The death seems to be due to heavy drunkenness.

- A case of Girl missing has been registered in Sullia Police Station. One Shilpa (16) R/o Porkala Arala village left her house on 04/11/2007 and did not return her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
