- A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 03/11/2007 at 2030 hrs and 05/11/2007 at 0945 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the Avadhi Digitals Mobile shop at Mallikatte Mangalore belonging to one Prashanth Shenoy (41) R/o Gandhinagara Mangalore bending the window grills and committed theft of mobile phones, cameras and D.V.D players all in worth Rs. 8, 18,511.40/.
- A case of Burglary has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. On the intervening night of 05-06/11/2007 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Sri Subramaneshwara Temple at Kaprady Ayaarpu village Puttur Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed theft of cash Rs. 900/ by breaking the Kanike Hundi.

On 29/10/2007 at 1200 hrs accused one Ganesh Poojary criminally restrained one Malathi (28) R/o Padamale Amatady village Bantwal Taluk near her house and assaulted her with key bunch owing to personal enmity.

- A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 06/11/2007 at 0730 hrs on NH-17 in front of Vishnu Petrol pump at Panambur Mangalore one Madhu (22) rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-6818 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed aganist a bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-AB-5. As a result Madhu motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries and died on the spot. Further Manivenkatesha(18) pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1945 hrs in front of Churchgate at Kulashekara Mangalore one unknown rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-1106 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-3801. As a result motorcycle rider one Seetharamappa (31) R/o Vamanjoor Moodashedde Mangalore sustained simple injuries. Another motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1045 hrs in front of Ganesh Tiles at Badaguli village Mangalore Taluk one Pavan Kumar driver of mini bus bearing Reg. No. KA-01-N-2348 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Maruti omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-1853. As a result Gurudath driver of Maruti omni car and Narendra H (42) R/o Kambala road Alake Mangalore who was travelling in the said car sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1400 hrs on NH-48 at Thalapady Bantwal Town one Bhaskara driver of Maruti omni car bearing Reg. No. CNO-7444 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-05-EK-8225. As a result Venkataramana rider of said motorcycle rider sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 04/11/2007 at 1930 hrs on Melkar- Konaje road at Guddeyangady Bantwal Taluk one unknown driver of Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-7474 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against pedestrians Vijaya Kumar Rai (26) R/o Kairangala village Bantwal Taluk and Giresh and caused them simple injuries. The Tempo driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

- A case under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act has been registered in Woman Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1045 hrs WPI Women PS on rounds arrested one Jayamma (45) W/o Hanumanthe Gowda R/o Kana Surathkal who was soliciting for prostitution at public place near Hotel Rajkamal at Mangalore.
- A case under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act has been registered in Woman Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1100 hrs WPI Women PS on rounds arrested one Yashodha (40) W/o Krishna R/o Kana Surathkal who was soliciting for prostitution at public place at K.S. Rao road Mangalore.
- A case under Karnataka Excise Act has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1730 hrs on credible information Crime PSI Surathkal PS along with staff conducted a raid at Shibaroor Muttikal Delanthabettu village Mangalore Taluk and seized 45 liquor bottles (each 180 ML) by arresting Mohan Rai (47) R/o Shibaroor Delanthabettu village Mangalore Taluk who were selling these liquor bottles illegally there.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1030 hrs one Akshatha Bhat (30) W/o Anantha Bhat R/o Kodialgutthu Mangalore committed suicide by hanging in her house owing to health problem.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 05/11/2007 at 1330 hrs one Chandappa Moolya (45) R/o Kayaraje Mooduperara village Mangalore Taluk was fell down near his house due to heavy drunkenness. He was admitted to Govt. hospital Mangalore where he was declared dead while under treatment on the same day at 1500 hrs.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Venoor Police Station. On 30/10/2007 at 1100 hrs one Sanjeeva Naik (59) R/o Badakodi village Belthangady Taluk attempted to commit suicide by consuming poison in his house owing to personal problem. Further he was admitted to Wenlock hospital at Mangalore where he declared dead while under treatment on 04/11/2007 at 2245 hrs.
