- A case of Burglary has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In between 12/06/2007 and 14/06/2007 at 1630 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into house belonging to one Prameela (39) R/o Konnepadavu Iruvail village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the back door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments. The worth of stolen property is Rs. 15,000/.

On 11/06/2007 at 1800 hrs at Nelyapadavu Maninalkuru village Bantwal Taluk one Jayanthi who came to the house of one Bhavyashri (17) R/o Nelyapalke Bantwal Taluk and committed theft of gold and silver ornaments, watch and cash. The worth of stolen property is Rs. 11,700/.

- A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 14/06/2007 at 2300 hrs on NH 17 near Panambur service station Mangalore Taluk one Ganesh driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-6446 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Tipper Lorry bearing Reg. No. OR-09-E-418. Further Tipper driver lost control over his vehicle due which tipper capsized. As a result one Farooq cleaner of said Tipper Lorry sustained serious injuries and died on the spot. The Lorry driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 14/06/2007 at 1230 hrs near bus stand Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one Shashidhara driver of a Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-31-4514 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-A-9923. As a result driver of bus Thiramurthy (38) R/o Kariakallu Karkala Udupi district and 04 other passengers of the bus sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 14/06/2007 at 1330 hrs at Pakkidakala Melanthabetatu village Belthangady Taluk one Ravi Poojary rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-4757 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Bajaj Spirit Scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-21-H-5282. As a result scooter rider one Pallavi (30) R/o Melanthabetatu village Belthangady Taluk sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 14/06/2007 at 1030 hrs at Somanthadka Mundaje village Belthangady Taluk one Rukamayya Gowda rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-E-1532 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Kookra (30) R/o Nittade village Belthangady Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. The motorcycle rider also sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 14/06/2007 at 1145 hrs at Charmadi village Belthangady Taluk one rider of Tipper lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-16-A-5799 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-32-F-1137. As a result Prakash (28) R/o Navalagunda Taluk Gadaga district driver of said bus, Shanthamma and Prakash and other passengers of said bus sustained grievous injuries.

- A case under Criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty, Criminal intimidation along with SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act has been registered in Subramanya Police Station. On 14/06/2007 at 1330 hrs accused Kusumavathi vice president of Balpa Grama Panchayath abused one Raja Hanumanthappa (38) R/o Rona village Gadag District Secretary of Balpa Grama Panchayath and abused him in filthy language referring to his caste and assaulted him by hand while he was on duty at Balpa Grama Panchayath office at Balpa village Sullia Taluk and also gave life threat to him owing to some dispute.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 14/06/2007 in between 2015 hrs and 2030 hrs one Sridevi (18) R/o Malarayabailu Sagipa Bantwal Taluk committed suicide by hanging in her house owing to health problem.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Puttur Town Police Station. In between 13/06/2007 at 1830 hrs and 14/06/2007 at 0800 hrs one Dejappa Poojary (50) R/o Rotaripura Puttur Town commited suicide by hanging in his house owing to health problem.

- A case of Woman missing has been registered in Mulky Police Station. One Zubaida (27) R/o Lingappayyanakadu Karnadu village Mangalore Taluk left her house on 11/06/2007 at 0900 hrs and did not return to her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
