• A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 26/06/2007 at 1800 hrs accused John Vegas and Stella Vegas criminally retrained one Daina Ferrao (38) R/o Vegas Compound upper Bendoor Mangalore near her house and abused her in filthy language and assaulted her by hand and also gave life threat to her owing to civil dispute.
  
• A case under Cheating has been registered in Sullia Police Station where in it is alleged that one Manjunatha. J (21) R/o Jattipalla Sullia Town had sexual intimacy with a Twenty one year girl of Jattipalla Sullia Town by promising to marry her. There upon he refused to marry her and cheated her.

• A case on Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 29/06/2007 at 0905 hrs near Sahara school at Addur village Mangalore Taluk one Moideen driver of Sahara school Van bearing Reg. No. KA-21-822 moved his vehicle in a negligent manner in backward direction and dashed against Niriksha Alva (04) D/o Thimmappa Alva R/o Pallipadi Kariangala village Bantwal Taluk and Sathish the pedestrians and caused them serious injuries. Further Niriksha Alva succumbed to her injuries while on the way to hospital.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 28/06/2007 at 0930 hrs at Balmatta Mangalore one rider of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-35-E-7818 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Poornima (19) R/o Kotekar Mangalore a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 27/06/2007 at 1715 hrs at Karambar Kenjaru village Mangalore Taluk one Dawood Haqeem rider of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-6376 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which the motorcycle capsized. As a result pillion rider one Zubaida (42) R/o Kulur Mangalore sustained grievous injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulky Police Station. On 28/06/2007 at 1000 hrs at Kinnigoli Thalipadi village Mangalore Taluk one Prakash rider of a motorcyle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-1580 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Anjalina Aranha (63) R/o Aikala village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.

• A case under Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. On 27/06/2007 0910 hrs at Mogappe Kolthige village Puttur Taluk one Pushpaleela R/o C R Colony Kolthige village assaulted one Leelavathi (27) R/o Kolthige village Puttur Taluk by hand and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.

• A case of Unnatural death Report has been registered in Puttur Town Police Station. On 28/06/2007 in between 0500 hrs and 0700 hrs one Abdul Rahiman (35) R/o Koornadka Kemminje village Puttur Taluk committed suicide by hanging in his house owing to health problem.

Missing Persons: 01

• A case of Man missing has been registered in Panambur Police Station. One Sathish Kumar (19) a Crew of Annie Besant Ship left from Panambur Ship yard at Panambur Mangalore on 25/06/2007 at 0930 hrs and did not return to Ship yard there after. He has been found missing since then.
