• A case of Burglary has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On the intervening night of 18-19/06/2007 at 0300 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the house by breaking the door lock belonging to Ibrahim T. M (74) R/o Talapady Town Mangalore Taluk and committed theft of gold ornaments, mobile phone and cash all in worth Rs.24,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 17/06/2007 at 2215 hrs at Ashoknagar Mangalore one Ramesh rider of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-6519 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result Ramesh rider of motorcycle and Rajesh (34) R/o Jeppu Bappal Mangalore pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 18/06/2007 at 0940 hrs at KSRTC bus stand Bejai Mangalore one Maheshwara Yalavagi R/o Kunjathbail Mangalore a passenger of KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2248 while getting from the bus, driver of said bus moved the bus in a negligent manner due which he fell down from the bus and sustained grievous injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 19/06/2007 at 1600 hrs at Balmatta Mangalore one Maghdhum S. S driver of a Maruti Zen car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-1199 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-4208. As a result motorcycle rider one Sandeep Shetty sustained simple injuries.

• A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 18/06/2007 at 1545 hrs accused Dinesh, Jagadish @ Jagga, Dinesh and another person criminally restrained a bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-7867 near Maidan road Mangalore and abused one Raja driver of said bus in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and with iron rod and also gave life threat to him. The motive seems to be dispute over timing of the bus routes.
  
• A case under Hurt has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 19/06/2007 at 1400 hrs at DK ZPHP School at Baddadka Aletti village Sullia Taluk accused Radhakrishna Gowda teacher of said school assaulted one Jaideep (11) S/o Balakrishna N. C R/o Kallapalli village Hosadurga Taluk Kerala State a student of said school with wooden stick owing to trivial issue.
