On 22/10/2006 at 1130 hrs at Modankapu Mooda village Bantwal Taluk one Dennis Saldanha driver of Maruti Omni bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-5900 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-L-6286. As a result motor cycle rider one Sanjeeva Moolya (45) R/o Mooda village Bantwal Taluk sustained simple injuries.
