In between 02/02/2007 and 11/02/2007 at 2100 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Video Camera that was fixed in the State Bank of Mysore ATM center at GHS Road Mangalore. The stolen property is worth Rs. 7,500/.

- A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 12/02/2007 at 2030 hrs at Azad Nagar Uppinangady village one Kumar driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-18-8090 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-4768. As a result Sadananda (35) pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained serious injuries and died on the spot and motorcycle rider Muralidhar (27) R/o Uppinangady village Puttur Taluk sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 13/02/2007 at 1100 hrs at Kottara cross Mangalore one Deviprasad driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-89 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-L-9181. As a result Meena Rao w/o Hanuman Singh Rao pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained serious injuries and died on the spot and motorcycle rider Hanuman Singh Rao sustained grievous injuries.

No. KA-19-A-5223 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Honda Activa Scootor bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-2908. As a result scooter rider one Rajeev (41) R/o Bejai New Road Mangalore sustained simple injuries and the scooter also got damaged.

No. KA-21-6013 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost his control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result one Puttanna Gowda (50) R/o Koukradi village who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

On 11/02/2007 at 0330 hrs near Panchalingeshwara Temple Aivarnadu village Sullia Taluk one Gopalkrishna rider of Bajaj M-80 scooter bearing Reg. No.KA-21-H-7951 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against an auto rickshaw. Further the rider of M-80 scooter lost control over his vehicle due which vehicle capsized. As a result the rider Gopalkrishna and pillion rider Vijayananda sustained simple injuries.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 07/02/2007 at 2100 hrs one Sundari (45) R/o Sonangeri Jalsur village Sullia Taluk sustained serious burn injuries while trying to light a stove in her house. She was admitted to Government hospital Sullia where while under treatment she succumbed to her injuries on 12/02/2007.
