In between 30/04/2007 at 0830 hrs and 02/05/2007 at 0830 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Vasudeva R/o near Chennakeshava Temple Sullia Town by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of cash Rs. 1,500/.

- A case under Cruelty by Husband has been registered in Ullal Police Station on the complaint of one Ayeesha Nafreena (26) w/o Abdul Hameed R/o Karnad Mulki Mangalore Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Abdul Hameed (husband) and his relatives Isamma, Ayeesha, Kairunnisa, Jameela and Kunhimonu gave physical and mental harassment to one Ayeesha Nafreena to bring more dowry.
- A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 01/05/2007 at 1600 hrs accused Ganesh Naik abused one Mohini R/o Nooji Pudu village Bantwal Taluk in filthy language near her house and assaulted her with wooden stick. He also assaulted her sisters Kamalakshi and Chandravathi with wooden stick who came to help Mohini owing to personal enmity.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 02/05/2007 at 1030 hrs at Pumpwel circle Mangalore one driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-34-A-6768 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-821. As a result Sujith rider of motorcycle and Kishore (18) R/o Vamanjur Mangalore Taluk pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries. The Lorry driver escaped from the place leavening his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 01/05/2007 at 1230 hrs on NH 17 at Hosabettu village Mangalore Taluk one Saifulla driver of Eicher lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-42-1329 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-2497. As a result one Seetharam Sahani (45) R/o Kulai village Mangalore Taluk rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 02/06/2007 at 1145 hrs near Bus stand at Sullia Town one Divakara driver of Jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-13-M-9093 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Usha (25) R/o Kannigemoole Amara Padnoor village Sullia Taluk a pedestrian and caused her simple injures.

- A case under Cheating has been registered in Kadaba Police Station on the complaint of one Vedavathi (35) R/o Kudumbur Kodimbala village Puttur Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Ramesha Poojary (30) took a sum of Rs. 10,000/ with the support of Janardhana Poojary (28) R/o Jakribettu Bantwal Taluk and Bhagya (25) from Vedavathi's father by promising to marry his daughter Vedavathi. After receiving the money he cheated them by not marrying her.

- A case under Criminal restraint along with Hurt has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 01/05/2007 at 2045 hrs three unknown accused persons came in an Innova car bearing Reg. No. KA-01-MS-3333 and stopped KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-01-F-8287 near B.C. road circle at Bantwal Town and dragged one Dugga Naik driver of said KSRTC bus and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand owing to dispute on overtaking of the bus.

On 023/05/2007 at 0420 hrs one Shiju Joseph (16) R/o Madath Prambil Kasaragod Kerala State who was in Children Remand home in Mangalore South PS Cr. No. 59/2007 u/s 457, 380 IPC escaped from the said Remand home.

Unnatural Death Report: 01
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 02/05/2007 at 1400 hrs one Nagesh (30) R/o Palappady Pudu village Bantwal Taluk consumed poison in his house owing to health problem. Further he was admitted to Fr. Muller Hospital at Mangalore where he was declared dead while under treatment on the same day at 1500 hrs.

- A case of Woman missing has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. One Shalini D’Souza (38) R/o Korangalpady Bailur village Udupi district went to her sister’s house at Karangaplady Mangalore on 19/03/2007 at 1030 hrs and did not to return her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
- A case of Man missing has been registered in Barke Police Station. One Veerabhadra (23) R/o Jalahalli East Bangalore who was working in Pizza corner at Mangalore went to Canara Bank at Mangalore with cash Rs. 28,652/ on 26/04/2007 at 1415 hrs and has been found missing since then.
- A case of Man missing has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. One Devappa (33) R/o Neriya village Belthangady Taluk was left his house on 29/04/2007 and did not return to his house there after. He has been found missing since then.
