- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 21/05/2007 at 2230 hrs at Sankolige Someshwara village Mangalore one Ashraf rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL-G-1136 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against an unknown Beggar due which he sustained serious injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 22/05/2007 at 2245 hrs on NH 17 near bus stand at Mukka Surathkal village Mangalore Taluk one Saifuddin driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-AB-5555 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner due which one Umanatha (40) R/o Mukka Surathkal village Mangalore Taluk who was travelling in the said bus was thrown out of the bus and sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 22/05/2007 at 2345 hrs on NH 48 at Bedrodi Bajathuru village Puttur Taluk one driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-06-C-1000 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-1750. As a result one Shivalingayya K.S. (35) R/o Shanthi village Hassan District driver of said KSRTC bus sustained simple injuries. The Lorry driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 23/05/2007 at 2000 hrs at Alandadka Kadirudyavara village Belthangady Taluk one Bhoja driver of Jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-21-M-2179 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Jithesh @ Narayana a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. Further motorcycle rider lost control over his vehicle and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-1133. As a result Dhamodara (36) R/o Malladka Kadirudyavara village Belthangady Taluk rider of said sustained simple injuries and the motorcycle also got damaged.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 22/05/2007 at 0930 hrs near Bus stand at Sajipanadu village Bantwal Taluk one Yusuf driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-5940 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which vehicle capsized. As a result Avvamma (65) R/o Sajipanadu village Bantwal Taluk, Yakub Musliyar and Ayesha who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.

On 20/05/2007 at 1330 hrs at Anchinadka Kavalapadur village Bantwal Taluk one unknown rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-60 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Suresh Poojary a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 23/05/2007 1730 hrs one Yeliyas (73) R/o Shibaje village Belthangady Taluk consumed poison near bus stand at Nadapatil Shibaje village Belthangady Taluk owing to personal problem. Further he died while on the way to hospital.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 22/05/2007 1900 hrs one Purandara Gowda (28) R/o Mundoor Bandaru village Belthangady Taluk committed suicide by hanging near his house owing to financial problem.
