- A case of MV Theft has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In between 03/11/2008 at 2100 hrs and 04/11/2008 at 0600 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Maruti car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-1981 belonging to one Shambhava Kumar (61) R/o Mahaveeranagra Paranthya village Manglore Taluk that was parked in the premise of his house. The worth of stone property yet to estimated.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 04/11/2008 at 1515 hrs near Milagres center at Balmatta Mangalore one unknown driver of Van bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-9122 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-9691. As a result scooter rider one Ravindra G. (48) R/o Bikarnakatte Mangalore sustained simple injuries. The driver of van escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 04/11/2008 at 1700 hrs on Azizuddin road at Mangalore one unknown driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-2706 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Abbas (36) R/o Ullal Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. The driver of auto rickshaw escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 04/11/2008 at 1845 hrs near Clock tower at Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-3029 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-4648 from behind. As a result one William Serao (49) R/o Police Quarters Shakthinhagar Mangalore rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 03/11/2008 at 1700 hrs near Mosque at Bajpe Mangalore Taluk one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-1034 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Thomas D Souza (63) R/o Porkodi Bajpe village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

On 04/11/2008 at 1630 hrs accused one Manohara Gatty (41) R/o Aithappa Gatty compound Near Sharavu temple Mangalore abused Sanjeeva Gatty (72) R/o Aithappa Gatty compound Near Sharavu temple Mangalore and his wife Saraswathi and their daughter Leelavathi near their house and assaulted them with wooden stick and also gave life threat to them owing to civil dispute between them.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. In between 02/11/2008 at 0930 hrs and 04/11/2008 at 1030 hrs one Felsy D Souza (45) R/o Kinnimajalu Koyla village Bantwal Taluk committed suicide by jumping into the pond near her house owing to health problem and died due to drowning.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 04/11/2008 at 1330 hrs one Baby (24) R/o Odilnala village Belthangady Taluk accidentally fell down while working at Beedi Branch at Marigudi Belthangady Taluk. Further she was admitted to Govt. hospital at Belthangady where she declared dead while under treatment on the same day.

- A case of Women missing has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 03/10/2008 at 0600 hrs one Rinjini (29) W/o Harish R/o Kamala Nivas Surathkal Mangalore left her house and did not return to her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
- A case of Woman and Children missing has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 29/10/2008at 0630 hrs one Bindiya (27) w/o Ravi R/o Rajeevnagar Delanthabettu Mangalore Taluk left her house with her children Priya (10), Shilpa (08) and Vinaya (06) and did not return to her house there after. They have been found missing since then.
