- A case of Burglary has been registered in Sullia Police Station. In between 12/11/2008 at 2000 hrs and 13/11/2008 at 0600 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the Sri Mahalingeshwara Temple at Ajapila Bellere village Sullia Taluk by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of cash Rs.7, 000/ by breaking the 'Kanike Hundi'.
- A case of Burglary has been registered in Venoor Police Station. In between 11/11/2008 and 13/11/2008 at 1200 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Abubakkar (45) R/o Perinje Hosangady village Belthangady Taluk by removing the roof tiles and committed theft of a TV, a DVD and 2 gas cylinders all in worth Rs. 20, 000/.

- A case under Abetment to commit suicide has been registered in Sullia Police Station on the complaint of one Santhosha (19) R/o Panjigaru Colony Balila village Sullia Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Thangappan and his sister Leela Chathu R/o Panjigaru Colony Balila village Sullia Taluk gave physical and mental harassment to one Sarojini (45) W/o Thangappan due to which on 11/11/2008 she was attempt to commit suicide by consuming tablets in her house. Further she was admitted to KVG hospital at Sullia where she declared dead while under treatment on 12/11/2008.

On 13/11/2008 at 1500 hrs near Kootichennayya circle at Nandigudde Mangalore one unknown driver of auto tempo vehicle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-1750 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Sridhara K. (40) R/o Ashraya Colony Kumpala Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. The auto tempo driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 10/11/2008 at 1530 hrs near Beeri junction at Kotekaru village Mangalore Taluk one Satheesh Kumar rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-344 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Battu Rai (45) R/o Kasaragod District Kerala State a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

On 13/11/2008 at 1200 hrs at Marasanka Jalsoor village Sullia Taluk one Gururaj driver of Tata Sumo vehicle bearing Reg. No. KA-09-M-4815 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Jatthappa Gowda a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

No. KA-19-B-6816 and Guruprasad driver of said bus abused one Manjunatha Hegde Police constable of Kavoor Police Station while he was on duty at Ullasnagara Kavoor Mangalore.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. In between 13/11/2008 at 1700 hrs and 14/11/2008 at 0700 hrs one Dharnammma (28) R/o Athrapalke Koyyur village Belthangady Taluk accidentally slipped into the pond near her house while working and died due to drowning.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 14/11/2008 at 1030 hrs one Narayana Shetty (58) R/o KNG compound Sullia Town Sullia Taluk accidentally fell down in his house. Further he was admitted Govt. hospital at Sullia where he declared dead while under treatment on the same day at 1130 hrs. The death seems to be due to illness.
