In between 12/11/2008 and 18/11/2008 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Saiyed Baddruddin (26) R/o Janatha Colony Karaya village Puttur Taluk and committed theft of gold ornaments, a mobile phone and cash all in worth Rs. 24,000.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 19/11/2008 at 1030 hrs in front of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College at Ujire village Mangalore Taluk one Raghavendra driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-7981 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result auto rickshaw driver Raghavendra and Ganesh Bhandary (28) R/o Adarshanagara Kalmaja village Belthangady Taluk who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 19/11/2008 at 0830 hrs at Somanthadka Mundaje village Belthangady Taluk one driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-A-1779 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Suresh Gowda (25) R/o Malladka Kadirudyavara village Belthangady Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 18/11/2008 at 1200 hrs at Mahakalipadppu Jappinamogeru village Mangalore Taluk one Aruna driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AD-6669 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-2905. As a result motorcycle rider one Wilfred Monthero (41) R/o Permannur Mangalore sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Puttur Town Police Station. On 19/11/2008 at 0710 hrs at Narimogaru Puttur Town one Rafeeq rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-2754 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-8331. As result Radhakrishna (32) R/o Ammunja Kuriyala village Puttur Taluk rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-8331 and Rafeeq rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-2754 sustained simple injuries.

On 18/11/2008 at 2330 hrs accused Sudarshan, Sujith, Sooraj, Ravi and Naveen forming into unlawful assembly near New road at Pandeshwara Mangalore and assaulted one Raghuveer (28) R/o New road Pandeshwara Mangalore by hand and with knief and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

- A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Kadaba Police Station. On 18/11/2008 at 2315 hrs accused one Madhava criminally restrained one Balakrishna Gowda (28) R/o Noojibalthila village Puttur Taluk at Kaikamba Bilinele village Puttur Taluk and assaulted him with sickle and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

In between 18/11/2008 at 1815 hrs and 19/11/2008 one Thejswi (16) R/o Yellapura Uttara Kannada District went to St Aloysius College Mangalore from St Aloysius Gents Hostel Mangalore on and did not return to his hostel there after. He has been found missing since then.
- A case of Man missing has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. One Poovappa R/o Santhoshnagara Pacchanady Mangalore left his house on 17/11/2008 at 1100 hrs and did not return to his house there after. He was found missing since then.
