In between 09/11/2008 at 1430 hrs and 10/11/2008 at 0835 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into DKZPHP School at Hosamajalu Kaukradi village Puttur Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed theft of Gas cylinders 3 belonging to Akshara Dasoha Yojane. No. KA-20-N-5557 committed theft of the said Innova car, which was parked at Haleyangadi village Mangalore Taluk belonging to one Shantharam Shetty. The total value of stolen Innova car is worth Rs. 10,00,000/.

There upon he refused to marry her and cheated her. He also outraged her modesty by pulling her hand on 01/11/2008.
- A case under Criminal restraint, Outraging modesty of woman along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 05/11/2008 at 1700 hrs accused one Samshuddin criminally restrained one Nikitha (16) R/o Deralakatte Belma village Mangalore Taluk and outraged her modesty by pulling her hand. He also gave life threat to her.

On 10/11/2008 at 1845 hrs on NH 17 near petrol pump at Mukka Surathkal village Mangalore Taluk one Kamala (65) R/o Konkanabettu Delanthabettu village Manglore Taluk passenger of the bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AB-3654 while getting down from the bus, the driver of bus moved the bus in a negligent manner due which he fell down from the bus and sustained serious injuries and died on the spot.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalroe South Police Station. On 10/11/2008 at 1130 hrs at Pandeshwara Mangalore one Suresh Kumar driver of auto tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-7849 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto tempo capsized. As a result Lingappa (23) R/o Malkanje Mada Bantwal Taluk who was traveling in the said auto tempo sustained simple injuries.

No. KA-19-B-2008 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed aginst an Innova car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-8019 driven by Noronha J.S (66) R/o Bayadi Marakada village Mangalore Taluk. As a result car got damaged. No casualty reported.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 10/11/2008 at 1545 hrs at Chilimbi Mangalore one driver of truck bearing Reg. No. KA-20-AB-2425 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Honda City car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-4350 driven by Narasimhadas (43) R/o Kodialbail Mangalore. As a result car got damaged. No casualty reported.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. On 08/11/2008 at 2100 hrs at Kundavu Ira village Bantwal Taluk one Jayaraj rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-8302 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Sukesh (27) R/o Parappu site Ira village Bantwal Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

On 10/11/2008 at 1715 hrs at Nehrunagar Kabaka village Puttur Taluk one Kushalappa Gowda driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. Unnatural Death Report: 02
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 10/11/2008 at 0815 hrs one Xevier Saldhana (50) R/o Kateel Kodamoola village Mangalore Taluk accidentally fell down from the coconut tree while removing coconut and got seriously injured. Further he was admitted to the Consetta hospital at Kinnigoli Mangalore where he succumbed to his injuries on the same day.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 10/11/2008 one unidentified male dead body aged about 30-40 years has been found in highly decomposed stage at Sikepu Padushedde village Mangalore Taluk. It seems to be a case of suicide by hanging.
