On 08/11/2008 at 2000 hrs on credible information Sri Naveenchandra Jogi PSI Forest Mobile Squad and staff arrested one Purushotthama B.S (45) R/o Sakaleshpura Hassan District near KSRTC bus stand at Mangalore and seized one deer pelt and horn.
In this connection, a case has been registered in Barke PS under the Wild Life (Protection) Act 1972. The total worth of the seized deer pelt is estimated to be Rs.1, 20,000/.
