• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 06/03/2007 at 1345 hrs at Chilimbi Mangalore one Saiyyed driver of an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-4362 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-1280. As a result Sudhakara R/o Thokottu Mangalore rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 06/03/2007 at 1845 hrs at Kapikad Bejai Mangalore one unknown rider of new motorcycle drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Tata Indica car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-950 driven by one Vinod Sequera (36) R/o Padil Mangalore. As a result motorcycle rider sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulky Police Station. On 06/03/2007 at 1215 hrs on NH-17 at Bellayaru Guttu Bellayaru village Mangalore Taluk one Hanumantha driver of Tanker bearing Reg. No. KA-22-9827 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-25-B-59. As a result Mowlali Sab (50) driver of Lorry, Hanumantha driver of Tanker and Dundappa cleaner of said Tanker sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 03/03/2007 at 1105 hrs at B.C. Road Bantwal Town one Yusuf driver of an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-2119 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Kishore Bhandary (46) R/o Bellaru village Bantwal Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

• A case under Rioting, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Subramanya Police Station. On 06/03/2007 at 0200 hrs at Muthappa Temple Guthigaru village Sullia Taluk accused Shivarama, Parashurama, Venkata Volalambe, Nagesh Mavinakatte, Gangadhara Tailor and others forming into an unlawful assembly abused Adashra (22) R/o Kulkunda Subramanya village Sullia Taluk and 8 other persons in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

• A case under the Copyrights Act has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 06/03/2007 at 1745 on credible information PSI Mangalore East along with staff conducted a raid on Crystal Electronics at Bikarnakatte Mangalore and seized duplicate VCDs copied illegally. The owner of Crystal Electronics however managed to escape.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 06/03/2007 at 1900 one Ramesh Jogi R/o Meenakaliya Baikampady village Mangalore Taluk was found dead in his house. The death seems to be due to some illness.

Missing Persons: 01

• A case of Man missing has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. One Jayarama Shetty (30) R/o Mullagudde Kaliya village Belthangady Taluk has been found missinf from Kannaje Lalila village. He has been found missing since then.
