In between 15/03/2007 at 2200 hrs and 16/03/2007 at 0610 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into room No. 15 at Sayyed Madani hospital Ullal Mangalore belonging to one Binu Chandran Nedu Kollam Kerala State by breaking the door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments, ATM card and other items all in worth Rs. 24,000/.
- A case under Burglary has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On the intervening night of 15-16/03/2007 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Pals communication at Karthik complex Ujire Belthangady Taluk belonging to one Sujith Prabhu M (28) R/o Kanyaadi Dhamasthala village by breaking the shutter lock and committed theft of mobile phones and other accessories all in worth Rs. 95,000/.
- A case under Burglary has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On the intervening night of 15-16/03/2007 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Balakrishna K. Acharya R/o Shivakrupa house Shanthi nagara Ujire village Belthangady Taluk by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments and cash Rs. 8,000/ all in worth Rs. 38, 000/.

On 15/03/2007 at 1900 hrs at Durgamahal junction Mannagudde Mangalore one Janardhana Amin rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-1778 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and applied break suddenly due which motorcycle capsized. As a result one Lolakshi (39) R/o Ashokanagara Mangalore pillion rider of motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 16/03/2007 at 1830 hrs at Paade Aikala village Mangalore one Paramathma Reddy driver of KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-07-F-1092 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-20-K-4802. As a result motorcycle rider Ahammed Bava (33) R/o Padubidre Udupi Taluk and pillion rider his wife Ramlath sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Subramanya Police Station. On 16/03/2007 at 1130 hrs at Yenchara Subramanya one Rohith rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-N-8070 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-A-8850 driven by one Poovayya. As a result Bharath (19) pillion rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-N-8070 and Ananthesh pillion rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-A-8850 sustained simple injuries.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 16/03/2007 at 0400 hrs one Muniyasami (43) R/o Ramanathapuram Tamilunadu state developed chest pain while working in boat at Dakke Mangalore. Further he was admitted to Wenlock hospital where he was declared dead while under treatment on the same day.
