- A case under intent to provoke breach of the peace and criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 25/03/2007 at 1400 hrs at Kandatpalli Mangalore Shailesh, Usha and two other persons abused one Shalini Rosebel (32) R/o Kandatpalli Mangalore in filthy language and also gave life threat to her owing to civil dispute.
- A case under Criminal trespass, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Venoor Police Station. On 24/03/2007 at 2000 hrs at Mannalu Bajire village Belthangady Taluk accused Dharmanna criminally trespassed into the land belonging to one Devamma (34) R/o Mannalu Bajire village Belthangady Taluk abused her in filthy language and assaulted her with sickle and also gave life threat to her owing to civil dispute.
- A case under Cruelty by Husband has been registered in Sullia Police Station on the complaint of one Prameela (20) w/o Girish R/o Jayanagar Sullia Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Girish (husband) gave physical and mental harassment to Prameela due which Prameela consumed poison on 23/03/2007 and admitted to Wenlock hospital for treatment.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwala Town Police Station. On 24/03/2007 at 1200 hrs at Guddeyangadi Panemangalore village Bantwal Taluk driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. MYG-8058 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Mohammed Tasleem (05) S/o Johara R/o Guddeyangadi Panemangalore village Bantwal Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 24/03/2007 at 1145 hrs at Adarsha nagar Nekkilady village Puttur Taluk one Ramachandra driver of Swaraj Mazda Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-02-C-405 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-4400. As a result motorcycle rider one Saajan @ Varghese (27) R/o Renjalady village Puttur Tauk sustained grievous injuries.

- A case under House trespass, Mischief of causing damage along with theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On the intervening night of 24-25/03/2007 accused Dulshan D’souza, Derick Rojas, Vijay D’souza and George criminally trespassed into the house of one Vishwanatha K. B. R/o Milagris cross road Mangalore and damaged the house and also committed theft of other house hold articles.

- A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Station. On 25/03/2007 at 1400 hrs one Chandrakiran (26) R/o Peenya Dasarahalli Bangalore accidentally slipped and got washed away in the sea while taking bath at seashore at Panambur Mangalore and died due to drowning.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 28/02/2007 at 0830 hrs one Apsa (35) R/o Parliya House Mooda village Bantwal Taluk sustained serious burn injuries while trying to light a Kerosene Stove. She was admitted to Fr Muller hospital Mangalore where she succumbed to her injuries while under treatment on 25/03/2007 at 0405 hrs.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Puttur Town Police Station. One Pushpa (26) R/o Parladka Puttur Taluk consumed poison on 18/03/2007 at 1800 hrs in her house owing to personal problem. Further she was admitted to KMC hospital Manipal where she was declared dead while under treatment on 25/03/2007 at 0945 hrs.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. One Koosappa Poojary (42) R/o Mundoor village Puttur Taluk consumed poison on 26/03/2007 at 1000 hrs in his house owing to health problem. Further he was admitted to Govt hospital Puttur where he was declared dead while under treatment on same day at 1250 hrs
