- A case under Burglary has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. In between 26/02/2007 and 10/03/2007 at 0800 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Surendra B. Pai R/o Ramakrishna Nagara Ujire village Belthangady Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments and silver articles all in wroth Rs. 24,010/.

- A case under Ordinary Theft has been registered in Barke Police Station. On the night of 07/03/2007 accused Siddique and Abbas committed theft of cement sheets belonging to one Thilakraj (33) R/o Kuchakadu Boluru Mangalore that was kept at Parandhama Apartments Bejai Mangalore. Further the accused were caught redhand along with lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-6989 by two residents and handed over to the Police. Accordingly they have been arrested and remanded for judicial custody. The stolen property is worth Rs. 30,000/.

On 11/03/2007 at 0600 hrs accused Matthadi Maila, his wife Vimala and Gopala criminally trespassed into the house of one Prema (35) R/o Yenekallu village Sullia Taluk and abused her in filthy language and damaged the house by breaking the front door and also gave life threat to her owing to civil dispute. The damage caused is about Rs. 25,000/.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 10/03/2007 at 1115 hrs near Wenlock hospital Mangalore one driver of Indica car bearing Reg. No. KA-21-MB-979 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-2533 from behind. As a result motorcycle rider one Prasad D’Souza sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. On 10/03/2007 at 0800 hrs at Sulliapadavu Paduvanoor village Puttur Taluk one Sachin rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. KA-21-H-9650 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Honnamma (68) R/o Nettanige village Kasaragod district and caused her simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 08/03/2007 at 1730 hrs Periyashanti Ichalampady village one Tharanatha driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-21-7851 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result Tharanatha driver of auto rickshaw and Manku who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 10/03/2007 at 1615 hrs at Hosamane Kedaga Mithabagilu village Belthangady Taluk one Nazir driver of Maruti omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-21-3911 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a tree. As a result Saramma (58) R/o Mithabagilu village Belthangady Taluk and others who were traveling in the said Maruti omni car sustained simple injuries.
