• A case under Burglary has been registered in Puttur Rural Police Station. On the intervening night of 10-11/03/2007 some unknown culprits gained entry into the grocery shop at Kavu Madnoor village Puttur Taluk belonging to one Lingappa K. Poojary R/o Madnoor village Puttur Taluk by removing the roof tiles and committed theft of grocery items all in worth Rs. 10,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 11/03/2007 at 0730 hrs at Temple square Mangalore one Sayyed Anwar rider of Hero Honda motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-4216 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Honda Activa scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-2750. As a result one Raju Kulal K.L. (36) R/o Ashokanagara Mangalore rider of Honda Activa scooter sustained simple injuries.
  
• A case of Non Fatal road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 11/03/2007 at 0730 hrs at Pandit house Mangalore Taluk when Mohan K C (40) R/o Pandit house Permannur village Mangalore Taluk a passenger of the bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-5256 fell down from the bus and sustained simple injuries while getting down as the driver of the bus one Abdul Rahiman moved the bus in a negligent manner.

• A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Vittal Police Station. On 11/03/2007 at 0845 hrs accused Gopala Banninthaya, Shrinivas Banninthaya and Mohan Bhat criminally restrained Ramachandra Banninthaya (57) R/o Vittal Padnoor village and his relative Vasudeva Bhat at Kuduru Vittal Town and abused them in filthy language and assaulted them with wooden stick and also gave life threat to them owing to civil dispute.

On 11/03/2007 at 0845 hrs accused Ramachandra Banninthaya and Vasudeva Bhat criminally restrained Gopala Banninthaya (45) R/o Padnoor village Bantwal Taluk, Shrinivas Banninthaya and Mohan at Kuduru Vittal Town and abused them in filthy language and assaulted them with wooden stick and also gave life threat to them owing to civil dispute.
