- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 27/04/2007 at 1400 hrs at Mallikatte Mangalore one unknown rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-S-3495 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Shivayamma (55) R/o Kadri Mangalore a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 28/04/2007 at 1745 hrs near Bunts hostel Mangalore one Nagesh driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. CNO-9408 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-9690. Further Ronald Lobo driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-9690 lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result Ronald Lobo driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-9690 sustained simple injuries and Hunumantha (16) R/o Kudalasangama Bagalakote district who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 28/04/2007 at 1815 hrs in front of Bharath Maal building Bejai Mangalore one driver of Tata Indica car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MD-8055 dove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-9013. As a result motorcycle rider Thabhees Abbas (19) R/o K.S. Rao road Mangalore and pillion rider of said motorcycle Mohammed Suhail sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station. On 28/04/2007 at 1415 hrs at Sannampady Golithottu one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-05-MD-7947 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another car bearing Reg. No. KA-04-MD-1067 driven by one Mahadevayya (26). As a result one Jayashree who was traveling in the car bearing Reg. No. KA-04-MD-1067 sustained simple injuries.

On 28/04/2007 at 0530 hrs on NH 48 at Paravarakotya Shiradi village Puttur Taluk one Ningappa driver of Tanker bearing Reg. No. KA-31-967 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-04-EK-6398. As a result motorcycle rider Bharath (17) R/o J.P Nagar Bangalore and pillion rider of said motorcycle Krishne Gowda sustained grievous injuries.

On 28/04/2007 at 1415 hrs at on NH 48 at Gandhi Park Uppinangady village Puttur Taluk one Padmanabha driver of Jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-21-M-1440 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Somappa Poojary R/o Valalu Bajathur Village Puttur Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

On 27/04/2007 at 2100 hrs near Akashabavana circle Mangalore accused Santhu, Raju and Preetham criminally restrained one Harish (24) R/o Akashabhavana Mangalore and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and with knife and also gave life threat to him owing to personal enmity.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 28/04/2007 at 0400 hrs one unknown male dead body aged about 40 yrs to 45 yrs was found near Nethravathi Snanagatta at Dharmasthala village Belthangady Taluk. The death seems to be due to consuming some poison.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 28/04/2007 at 0800 hrs one Pushparaja (38) accidentally fell down at Ramakumeri Kidiyala village due to heavy drunkenness and died on the spot.

- A case of Man missing has been registered in Bantwal Rural Police Station. One Santhosh (21) R/o Kariyangala village Bantwal Taluk left his house on 24/04/2007 at 1800 hrs and did not return to his house there after. He has been found missing since then.
