On 03/11/2006 at 0200 hrs about 10 to 15 unknown culprits came in a Swaraj Mazda vehicle and committed theft of Steel and Aluminium electrical equipments belonging to M/s Deepak Cable India Company Ltd. which was kept at Porlottu Neralakatte Netta Mundnur village Bantwal Taluk. The total worth of stolen property is about Rs. 5, 50.000/.

- A case of Outraging the modesty of woman along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Panambur Police Station on the complaint of one Fathima Zohara (32) w/o Mohammed Nooruddin R/o Seebha complex Jokatte Mangalore Taluk. The alleged incident has occurred in between 02/11/2006 at 0200 hrs and 03/11/2006 at 1500 hrs where in accused Siddiq and his brothers Shareef and Hasanabba came to the house of Fathima Zohara abused her and her husband Mohammed Nooruddin in filthy language and outraged the modesty of her by pulling her hand and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 02/11/2006 at 2230 hrs near Colaco hospital at Mangalore one unknown driver of Car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-5994 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-5443 driven by one Michel D’Cunha R/o Kongaru house Kulashekara Mangalore Taluk. As a result one Jeevan Lancy D’Cunha pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 01/11/2006 at 1730 hrs at near Paper Mill at Pranthya village one Shekara driver of Mahindra Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-2149 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Bicycle. As a result Bicycle rider one Kapira (46) R/o near Paper Mill Hosabettu Mangalore Taluk sustained grievous injuries.

No. KA-19-U-3489 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which the motorcycle capsized. As a result pillion rider of the said motorcycle one Selva Kumar sustained grievous injuries.

On 03/11/2006 at 1300 hrs in front of Bus stand at Belthangady Taluk one Wilson D’Souza rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-H-4429 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Narayana a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. Further motor cycle rider lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result motor cycle rider Wilson D’Souza sustained simple injuries.
