Rao road Mangalore one unknown driver of Matiz car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-888 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-7397. As a result motorcycle rider one Vinayak Shenoy (21) R/o Rayee Katte Kuloor Mangalore Taluk sustained grievous injuries. The Matiz car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 09/11/2006 at 1430 hrs at Mukka Junction Surathkal village Mangalore Taluk one Ashoka rider of Kinetic Marvel scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-J-8591 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and without giving any signal turned his vehicle to right side due which the Bus bearing Reg. No . KA-19-J-8591 which was behind the Scooter lost control over and dashed against the scooter from behind. As result the scooter rider Ashoka sustained simple injuries. Further the Bus moved ahead and dashed to a petty shop belonging to one Yellappa S.Amin (52) R/o Mukka Mangalore Taluk.

In between 08/11/2006 at 2000 hrs and 09/11/2006 at 1000 hrs one Ramakrishna aged about 55 to 60 yrs R/o J.P.Nagar Bangalore committed suicide by hanging in his room at Residency Lodge Mavanthoor Ujire village Belthangady Taluk owing to personal problem.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kadaba Police Station. One Babu Gowda (40) R/o Bendramoole house Alangaru village Puttur Taluk consumed poison in his house on 10/11/2006 at 0500 hrs owing to health problem. He was admitted to Kadaba Govt. hospital were he was declared dead while under treatment on the same day.

- A case of Girl missing has been registered in Sullia Police Station. One Prameela (24) D/o K.R. Nidvannaya R/o Kayathodi house Sullia Taluk went to Mangalore on 06/11/2006 and did not return to her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
