On 05/11/2006 at 1700 hrs a police team consisting of Anantha Padmanabha PSI Kavoor PS along with staff on specific information conducted raid at a public place near Brahmha Lingeshwara Temple Ananda Nagara Kavoor village Mangalore Taluk. At the time of raid Police found 08 persons playing “Ander - Bahar” with cards. Police seized cash Rs. 7,750/, and playing cards from the spot by arresting Suresh (49), Ravi Shetty (50), Babu (47), Mohan Nair (48), Vikram B. (45), Mohan (42), Udaya U.P (43), Manoj (33) who were indulging in gambling.
