No. KA-19-B-9427 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Honda Activa Scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-9823. As a result Mohammad Kabeer (27) R/o Krishnapura Mangalore rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.
