No. KA-19-V-7300 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Azar a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 07/01/2007 at 1600 hrs at Panjirli Adka Kolthige village Puttur Taluk one Mithun Shenoy driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-21-M-3023 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due to which the car capsized. As a result driver of said car Mithun Shenoy and his wife Jyothi Shenoy who was in the said car sustained simple injuries.

He was admitted to Yenopoya hospital Mangalore where he was declared dead while under treatment on 08/01/2007 at 1040 hrs.
