No. KA-19-L-8028 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Devadas Karkera (45) R/o Meenakaliya Baikampady Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
