On 29/08/2007 at 2145 hrs Nagaraj A.D. PI DCIB along with his staff on credible information conducted raid on Kadali Recreation Club at Kalyanadhama K.S. Rao Mangalore. At the time of raid Police found 05 persons playing “Ander - Bahar” with cards. The Police seized cash Rs. 5,060/ and playing cards from the spot by arresting Honnayya Kulal (33) R/o Ashokanagara Mangalroe, Praveen (18) R/o Heerebandadi vilalge Puttur Taluk, Prashanth K. (19) R/o Kadya Puttur Taluk, Achutta Devadiga (43) R/o Jokatte Mangalore and Prashanth Kumar (21) R/o Badagakajekkaru village Bantwal Taluk who were indulging in gambling.
The total value of siezed property is Rs. 5,060/. In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in Mangalore North PS U/s 79, 80 of the Karnataka Police Act.
