The written Examination for the post of Civil Police Constables (CPC – 108) and Women police Constables (WPC – 18) for D.K Police was held today 09/09/2007 at St. Aloysius Pre University and Degree College premises. In all 1871 candidates applied for these posts. Of these 1695 candidates eligible for the examination and 1576 candidates attended the Examination. The detailed breakup of the candidates eligible for the exam is as follows;
- CPCs : 1105
- WPCs : 588
The examination was of objective type for 100 marks consisting of 100 questions. Candidates were asked to mark the correct answer on the OMR (Optical Marks Reading) sheets.
The correct answer key for the questions will be given on the Karnataka State police website (http://www.karnatakastatepolice.org/) for the benefit of the candidates.
On the basis of the result of this written examination, candidates will be called for the physical standards and physical efficiency test in the ratio of 1:5.
