• A case under House trespass, Criminal restraint, Intentional insult along with outraging the modesty of woman has been registered in Kadaba Police Station. On 14/03/2008 at 0845 hrs accused Mancha and Ananda criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Vimala (17) R/o Nadugudde Alankaru village Puttur Taluk and criminally restrained and abused her in filthy language and tried to outrage her modesty by pulling her hand. The motive seems to be civil dispute between Vimala and accused persons.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 14/03/2008 at 1345 hrs near PVS circle at Mangalore one unknown car driver drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Honda Activa scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-5036. As a result one Suresh Kumar (37) R/o Derebailu Konchadi Mangalore rider of said scooter sustained grievous injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his car.
  

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 15/03/2008 at 1200 hrs on Market road at Mangalore one driver of jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-7340 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Purushothama Devadiga a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.
  

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 09/03/2008 at 2000 hrs on NH 48 at Bhramarakotlu Bantwal Taluk one Shameer rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-05-Y-1321 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Nagesh (50) R/o Parlakke Thumbe village Bantwal Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
  

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 09/03/2008 at 2315 hrs at Moorje Pilathabettu village Belthangady Taluk one Lakshmana Poojary driver of Tanker bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AB-4040 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner due which one Vargees K.F. (38) R/o Malavanthige village Belthangady Taluk cleaner of said Tanker thrown out of the tanker and sustained simple injuries.
  

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 15/03/2008 at 1000 hrs at Bellare cross Bellare village Sullia Taluk one Narayana driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-696 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-7905 driven by one Monappa Shetty (37) R/o Uppinangady Puttur Taluk. As a result motorcycle got damaged. No causalities reported.

• A case under Negligent conduct with respect to combustible matter act (Sec 285 IPC) and Grievous hurt has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 15/03/2008 at 1330 hrs Mohan Das, Sharan, Vijay, Ashif and Parushurama while working at TIKI TAR Industries at Karnadu Industrial area Karnadu village Mangalore Taluk and got seriously burn injureis due to the negligence of Prince Sha and Mahendra.
