• A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Kadaba Police Station. On 15/06/2008 at 1400 hrs accused one Yellyanna Gowda @ Shashikumar criminally restrained one Sesamma (58) R/o Mepathpal Ithoor village Puttur Taluk near her house and abused her in filthy language and assaulted her with knife and also gave life threat to her owing to pervious enmity.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 15/06/2008 at 1830 hrs at Urwa junction Mangalore one Ramesh driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-6943 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-8563. As a result one Suresh S. Kotiyan (26) R/o Karnad Mulki Mangalore rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Panambur Police Station. On 14/06/2008 at 2100 hrs on NH 17 in front of Deeak Petrol Pump at Panambur Mangalore one Prasad driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. AP-10-V-0927 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-L-6764. As a result one Chethan G.S. (25) R/o Vidyanagara Kulai Mangalore rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Bajpe Police Station. On 14/06/2008 at 2045 hrs at Tarikambla Bajpe village Mangalore one Vasantha rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-438 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-5167. As a result Jayaprakash rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-5167 and Sharanappa pillion rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-438 sustained grievous injuries.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Kadaba Police Station. On 15/06/2008 at 1200 hrs at Koila Puttur Taluk one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-20-C-2414 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which car capsized. As a result one Manjunatha Manikar (43) C/o KSRTC Mangalore and Vishwanatha who were traveling in the said car sustained simple injuries.
