On 23/06/2008 at 2200 hrs one Abdul Majeed (40) R/o Eranakulam District Kerala State and his friend Abdul Khadar hired an auto rickshaw from KSRTC bus stand Mangalore to Ambalamogeru village Mangalore Taluk. While the auto rickshaw reached Yeliyarupadavu Ambalamogeru village Mangalore Taluk the driver of auto rickshaw Rafeeq along with another unknown person forcibly robbed the cash Rs. 25,000/ from the Abdul Majeed and cash Rs. 15,000/ and a Nokia Mobile phone from Abdul Khadar.

On 23/06/2008 at 1730 accused one Satheesh Poojary (27) R/o Kalladka Shirthady village Mangalore Taluk abused one Srilatha (29) W/o Dinesha R/o Gandhinagara Marpady village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and outranged her modesty by pulling her dress near her house. He assaulted her husband Dinesha and her brother Naveena by hand and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

R/o Daddalakadu Moodanadugodu village Bantwal Taluk near his house abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
- A case under Hurt has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 23/06/2008 at 1500 hrs accused Hema Kumar, Ravi, Raju and Mohana assaulted Gopalakrishna (27) R/o Ballakana Markanja village Sullia Taluk and his mother by hand and with iron rod near his house. The motive seems to be that one Gopalakrishna had earlier lodged a complaint against accused persons in Sullia Police Station.
