On 24/09/2008 in between 0900 hrs and 1200 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Hero Honda motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-E-9127 belonging to one Janardhana K. (45) R/o Kulashekara Mangalore that was parked near BSNL office at Bejai Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 15,000/.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 29/09/2008 at 2200 hrs at Kodialbail Mangalore one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-J-2499 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Pradeep Kumar (32) R/o Venoor Belthangady a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 30/09/2008 at 1830 hrs on NH 17 at Bangra Kuloor Mangalore one unknown motorcycle rider drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Richard D Souza (40) R/o Udupi District a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 30/09/2008 at 1800 hrs accused Arjun Moras, Sudhakara, Rejji and Sandeep abused one Nithesh (32) R/o Mangalore in filthy language near Farm House at Sulthanbatthery Mangalore and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to financial dispute between them.

(38) R/o Chemugudde Permannur village Mangalore Taluk by hand and with stone near his house and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

On 01/10/2008 at 1800 hrs accused Soukath, Ibrahim, Mohammed Asharaf, Kadar M.C. and Bava assaulted one Irshad (24) Chemugudde Permannur village Mangalore Taluk by hand and with stone near his house and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

On 30/09/2008 at 1630 hrs accused Dayananda, Keshava and Jayantha criminally restrained one Vishwanatha (26) R/o Gundadka Colony Nalkur village Sullia Taluk near Kandrappady cross road at Nalkur village Sullia Taluk and abused him filthy language and assaulted by hand and also gave life threat to him. The motive seems to be that one Vishwanatha had earlier lodged a complaint against accused person in Subramanya Police Station.

On 23/09/2008 one Taniya Salma Lobo (16) D/o Thomas Lobo R/o Karasaragod District Kerala State went to College at Rosario Mangalore from her house and did not return to her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
