- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 28/10/2008 at 1400 hrs on Thaneerbhavi-IOC road at Panambur Mangalore one driver of Tanker bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-8634 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Harish Shetty (42) R/o Alape Padil Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 29/10/2008 at 0930 hrs in front of Frontline Show Room at Kuloor Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-4578 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-8437. As a result motorcycle rider one Yallappa (39) sustained grievous injuries.

As a result motorcycle rider one Sampath Suvarna R/o Baikampady Mangalore sustained simple injuries.

On 29/10/2008 at 1230 hrs at KSRTC bus stand at Vittal Bantwal Town one Santhosha conductor of the KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2195 while getting down from the bus, the driver of bus moved the bus in a negligent manner due which he fell down from the bus and sustained grievous injuries.
