- A case of MV Theft has been registered in Vittal Police Station. In between 1900 hrs and 1915 hrs of 29/10/2009 some unknown culprits committed a theft of Hero Honda Passion motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-2554 belonging to one Sathish (29) R/o Idkidu village Bantwal Taluk that was parked near RK construction at Palike Mani village Bantwal Taluk. The Hero Honda Passion motorcycle is of worth Rs. 33,000/.

- A case under Cruelty by husband and his relatives along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Uppinangady Police Station on the complaint of one Vani (25) W/o Harisha R/o Nidmaru Renjalady village Puttur Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Harish (husband) and his relatives Baby gave physical and mental harassment to one Vani to bring more dowry and also gave life threat her.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Traffic East Police Station. On 04/11/2009 at 1200 hrs near K.B Katte at Mangalore one Sanjeeva rider of Scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-2907 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over the vehicle due which scooter capsized. As a result one Geetha (58) R/o near Kadri temple at Mangalore pillion rider of said scooter sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 02/11/2009 at 1800 hrs at Bellare Sullia Taluk one Vidhyaraj driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-21-P-7939 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Guruva (47) R/o Balila Mupperiya village Sullia Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 04/11/2009 at 0530 hrs at Mithrapatna Surathkal Mangalore one Krishna driver of water Tanker bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-17 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a rickshaw tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-176. As a result Chidananda @ Shiva driver rickshaw tempo and Mahammad Hanif who was traveling in the said rickshaw tempo sustained grievous injuries.

- A case of Boy missing has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 03/11/2009 at 0830 hrs one Abdul Samadh (15) R/o Lingamma Towers Pandeshwara Mangalore went to school at Mangalore and did not return his house there after. He has been found missing since then.
- A case of Girl missing has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 03/11/2009 at 1830 hrs one Reshma (19) R/o Balehonnuru Chikmagaluru District who was working as house-maid in the house of one Alis Leena Jessin Kuvello R/o Kuvello Garden Kottarachowki Mangalore went out and did not return to the house there after. She has been found missing since then.
- A case of Girl missing has been registered in Vittal Police Station. In between 0100 hrs and 0600 hrs of 19/10/2009 one Zeena Priya D Souza (18) R/o Arkejaru Idkidu village Bantwal Taluk went out from her house and did not return to her house there after. She has been missing since then.
- A case of Boy missing has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 03/11/2009 at 0900 hrs one Mohammad Aman (12) R/o 313 Apartments at Karambar Mangalore went to school at Bajpe and did not return his house there after. He has been found missing since then.
