- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 07/11/2009 at 1830 hrs on NH 17 at Bappanadu Mulki Mangalore Taluk one Santhosh driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-A9876 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Hanumantha Police constable of Mulki PS and caused him simple injuries while she was on duty.

On 08/11/2009 at 1700 hrs Bollacharu Badaga Yedapadav village Mangalore Taluk accused Abdul Vaheed and Abdul Huwai came in a Swift car bearing Reg. No. KA-19 Z-434 and criminally stopped the Innova car bearing Reg. No. KA-50-M-2848 driven by one Suresh (30) R/o R/o Surujalu Devanahalli Taluk Bangalore and abused him in filthy language and damaged the car by breaking glass owing to trivial issue.

- A case under Karnataka Excise Act has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 19/04/2008 at 2000 hrs on credible information ASP Puttur ASP Puttur and Probationary DSP along with staff conducted a raid on open place at Ibarodi Mundur village Belthangady Taluk and seized 145 liquor bottles (each 180 ML) of worth Rs. 6,300/ which was kept there for selling these liquor bottles illegally there. However accused Suresh Kumar manges to escape from the scene.
