- A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 2000 hrs of 28/11/2009 and 0900 hrs of 29/11/2009 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Pinky Fashions shop at Hampankatta Mangalore belonging to one Wincent D’ Souza (52) R/o Bendoorwell Mangalore by breaking the window grills and committed a theft of Cash Rs. 3,82,000/.

- A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 0830 hrs and 0900 hrs of 25/10/2009 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Kinetic Nova scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-9393 belonging to one Ramesh Bhaktha (360 R/o Bondel Mangalore that was parked at premise of Ganapathy Dongarakeri Mangalore. The Kinetic Nova scooter is worth Rs. 15,000/.

On 26/11/2009 at 2045 hrs at Gundukallu Padumarnadu village Mangalore Taluk accused Saban, Raheem, Waheed, Musthafa and Rawoof all residents of Padumarnadu village Mangalore Taluk abused one Haneefa (50) R/o Padumarnadu village Mangalore Taluk, Ashraf and Sabana in filthy language and assaulted him by hand owing to trivial issue.

- A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 27/11/2009 at 1030 hrs at Kinnikambala Mooduperara Mangalore Taluk one Ponnappa (38) R/o Madoor Kotekar Mangalore driver of Ikon bearing Reg. No. KA-21-M-3724 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Mehar Sheik (06) a pedestrian and caused her serious injuries. Further she succumbed to her injuries while on the way to hospital.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 28/11/2009 at 1945 hrs near Urwa market Mangalore one rider of Scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-7043 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Umavathi (60) R/o Urwa Marigudi Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 28/11/2009 at 1745 hrs on NH 17 at Tadambail Surathkal Mangalore one Abdul Azeez driver of Auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-8780 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which the vehicle capsized. As a result Sathyanarayan Shenoy (48) R/o Tadambail Surathkal Mangalore and Shobha who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 27/11/2009 at 0815 hrs at Gerukatte Karnadu village Mangalore Taluk one Vasudeva Shettigar rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-5572 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-5209. As a result Mohammed Areef (23) rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-5209, Vasudeva Shettigar and Dharmendra pillion rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-5572 sustained simple injuries.

On 29/11/2009 at 0950 hrs near Maddadka Kuvettu village Belthangady Taluk one Nagappa Acharya rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-4815 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Hameed (52) a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

On 28/11/2009 at 1900 hrs accused one Krishnappa Naik criminally trespassed into the land belonging to one Lingappa Naik (30) R/o Maninalkul village Bantwal Taluk and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him with sickle and also gave life threat to him owing to civil dispute.

On 29/11/2009 at 1915 hrs PSI (Crime) Mangalore North PS along with staff on credible information conducted a raid on shop at Felix Pai Bazar Mangalore and seized 21 absence VCD by arresting Ashraf (33) R/o Sarappady village Bantwal Taluk.

- A case under case under Karnataka Excise Act has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 29/11/2009 at 1730 hrs on credible information PSI Konaje PS along with staff conducted a raid on Public place at Majjikatte Pavoor village Mangalore Taluk and seized 15 liters of arrack that were being kept illegally for sale. However accused one Putthu @ John managed to escape from the scene.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 29/11/2009 at 2230 hrs Majeed (28) and Musthlif (20) were accidentally fell into the well near their house while walking and died due drowning.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 29/11/2009 in between 0730 hrs to 1015 hrs one Nisha Maria (26) R/o Nada village Belthangady Taluk committed suicide by hanging in her house owing to personal problem.
Missing Persons: 01
- A case of Man missing has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. One Prashanth Raikar R/o Davangere District left his room at Regal Palace Lodge Mangalore on 27/11/2009 at 0930 hrs and did not return to room there after. He has been found missing since then.
