No. KA-19-H-9203 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over due to which the motorcycle capsized. As a result he and pillion rider Devi Prasad Shetty (38) R/o Kolambe village Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.

Yousoof (45) R/o Rippanpete Hosa Nagara Shivmoga District. As a result R.M. Yousoof the driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-15-3096 sustained grievous injuries. Both the vehicles got damaged.
