On the night of 08-09/12/2006 some unknown culprits gained entry into the K.N.H. mobile shop at Deralakatte Belma village Mangalore Taluk belonging to one Hasan (30) R/o Belma village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the shutter lock and committed theft of mobile phones and battery charger all in worth Rs. 23,000/.

On 02/09/2006 at 1000 hrs one Shashikala R/o Kadumane Kolnadu village Bantwal Taluk had been to Sonu Beauty Parlour at Nehrunagara Kabaka village Puttur Taluk. There some culprits stole her gold ornaments and cash Rs.1,500/ all in worth Rs. 12,000/ that were in her bag which was kept on the table at Sonu Beauty Parlour.

The motorcycle is worth Rs. 28,000/.

No. KA-19-V-1753 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-9326. As a result rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-9326 Mohammed Haneef (23) R/o Kotekar House Ullala Mangalore Taluk and pillion rider of said motorcycel Sirajuddin sustained simple injuries.

No. KA-19-A-4502 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due to which the auto rickshaw capsized. As a result one Abdulla. P. (62) R/o Neeleshwara village Kasargod District Kerala State who was travelling in the said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.

No. KA-19-V-2475 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. CNO-4317. As a result one Dugganna K.K (42) R/o Gandhi Nagar Kavoor village Mangalore Taluk rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. CNO-4317 sustained grievous injuries. The motorcycle rider bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-2475 escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

No. KA-19-8012 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due to which the vehicle capsized. As a result driver of Lorry Abbas and Riyaz who was in the said Lorry sustained simple injuries.

No. KA-21-A-2170 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a Tempo Trax bearing Reg. No. KA-13-A-1197 from behind. As a result Divakara A.C. (40) R/o Arakalagodu Taluk Hasan district diver of Tempo Trax and other 4 passengers who were trvelling in the said Tempo Trax sustained simple injuries.

The alleged incident has occurred in the month of November 2006 where in accused Mithun Shetty a JCB operator, Pundalika and Shyam committed criminal breach of trust to complainant by not supplying iron ore worth Rs. 8,50,000/ as ordered and there by cheated him.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 09/12/2006 at 1300 hrs one Sandeep Kumar (17) R/o Bangalore accidentally slipped into the Palguni river at Moodabidre Mangalore Taluk while he was taking bath and died due drowning.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 09/12/2006 at 1830 hrs one Dugappa Gowda (55) R/o chibidre village Belthangady Taluk went to forest area near his house with his Licensed loaded SBML Gun. While walking in the forest he accidentally fell down on the ground. At that time it is learnt that the Gun he was carrying automatically fired due which he got seriously injured and died on the spot.
