After detailed interrogation of Mulki Rafique yesterday (30/12/2006), he was taken to Kunigal town of Tumkur district by the Investigating Officr Mr.T.R.Jagannath for the recovery of certain incriminating articles related to the murder of Sukhananda Shetty. There from a house in Bommanalli Palya on the outskirts of Kunigal town where Rafique had taken shelter for almost a year after the murder of Polali Ananthu, two talwars and two mobile phones were recovered by the police.
On return from Kunigal, Mulki Rafique has been produced before the JMFC II court Magistrate and has been taken into five days of Police Custody so as to feclilitate his further interrogation.
Meanwhile Mrs.Fatimat Zohra W/o Mulki Rafique who was produced before the JMFC II Court yesterday (30/12/2006) has been remanded for judicial custody upto 11th Jan 2007.
