On 02/12/2007 at 1310 hrs accused one Narayana Gowda R/o Mandevu Mooduperara village Mangalore Taluk assaulted one Kalyani Bhai (82) R/o Ganjimatta Badagulipady village Mangalore Taluk with wooden stick near her house owing to trivial issue due which she got serious injuries and she was admitted to Fr. Muller’s hospital at Mangalore where she succumbed to her injuries while under treatment on the same day at 1430 hrs.

On 02/12/2007 at 2000 hrs at Bandikotya Ullal village Mangalore Taluk one Yashodha R/o Bandikotya Ullal village Mangalore Taluk was on her way to home by walk. At that time three unknown person came in a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-700 and snatched the gold chain from her neck and ran away by leaving their motorcycle. No. KA-19-Z-2480 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Sathish Acharya (28) R/o Vidhyanagar Kulai village Mangalore Taluk and caused him serious injuries. Further he was admitted to A. J. hospital at Mangalore where he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on the same day at 1800 hrs.

No. KA-21-J-8443 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result one Jinaraj pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.
