In between 03/12/2007 at 1830 hrs and 04/12/2007 at 0730 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Dayananda N. (40) R/o Ramanagara Uppinangady Town Puttur Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments worth Rs. 1,20,000/ and cash Rs. 5,000/ all in worth Rs. 1,25,000/.

- A case of MV Theft has been registered in Bantwal Town Police Station. On 01/12/2007 in between 0100 and 0600 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Bajaj Pulsar motor cycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-8530 belonging to one Abdul Hakeem (32) R/o Neharunagara Narikombu village Bantwal Taluk that was parked in the premise of of his house. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 38,000/.

No. KA-19-B-3527 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Kusuma (40) R/o Kumpala Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused her grievous injuries.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 28/11/2007 at 1030 hrs one Roopa (20) R/o Yeyyadi Padvu village Mangalore Taluk sustained serious burn injuries while trying to light kerosene stove in her house. She was admitted to Wenlock hospital and there while under treatment she succumbed to her injuries on 03/12/2007 at 1800 hrs.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 02/12/2007 at 1630 one Srinivas Naik (65) R/o Deralakatte JalalBhag Kotekaru village Mangalore Taluk attempted to commit suicide by consuming poison in his house owing to health problem. Further he was admitted to K.S. Hegde hospital at Deralakatte Mangalore where he declared dead while under treatment on same day at 1900 hrs.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 27/12/2007 one unknown female aged about 55 to 60 yrs accidentally fell down at Mannasanka Dharmasthala village Belthangady Taluk. Further she was admitted to Govt. hospital at Belthangady where she declared dead while under treatment on 03/12/2007 at 0445 hrs. The death seems to be due some illness.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Puttur Rural Police station. In between 03/12/2007 at 1100 hrs and 04/12/2007 at 0500 hrs one Annu Poojary (65) R/o Sarve village Puttur Taluk commited suicide by consuming some poison near his house owing to personal problem.

- A case of Boy missing has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. One Godwin D' Souza (16) R/o Arkula village Mangalore Taluk who left his house on 29/11/2007 at 1800 hrs and did not return his house there after. He has been found missing since then.
