In between 07/12/2007 at 1745 hrs and 09/12/2007 at 0930 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the Karnataka Cashew Development Corporation Ltd. Office at Abbakkanagara Mangalore by breaking the back door lock and attempted to commit theft.

No. KA-19-J-5821 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Florin Rodrigus (33) R/o Bhandaribettu Bantwal Town a pedestrian from behind and caused her simple injuries.

- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Sullia Police Station. On 09/12/2007 in between at 0900 hrs and 1000 hrs one Chandra Kumar (31) R/o Kandadka C.R. Colony Sullia Town committed suicide by hanging at Anjikaru Aletti village Sullia Taluk owing to personal problem.
- A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 09/12/2007 in between 2000 hrs and 2200 hrs one Viji (34) R/o Shanthige Pudubettu village Belthangady Taluk was accidentally slipped into the well near her house and died due drowning.
