On 24/08/2008 at 2330 on specific information CPI Sullia Circle along with staff conducted raid an open place at Gandhinagara Sullia Town. At the time of raid Police found 04 persons playing “Ander - Bahar” with cards. Police seized cash Rs. 3,080/ and playing cards from the spot by arresting Basheer K.M, Mohammed M, Abdul Razak and Abdul Latheef who were indulging in gambling.
In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in Sullia PS U/s 87 of the Karnataka Police Act.
