On 03/02/2008 at 0130 hrs on cridible information PSI Konaje PS along with staff intercepted a car bearing Reg. No. KL-58-8457 at Kayaragoli Kurnadu village Bantwal Taluk and seized a Sachet manufacturing machine and 250 sachets of arrack. The car has also been seized. On seeing the police team, accused Aravinda @ Annu who was managed to escape from the place.
Total worth of porpetry seized is Rs. 2,52,500/
In this connection, a case has been registered in Konaje PS under Karnataka Excise Act.
