On 07/07/2008 at 1830 hrs PSI Kavoor along with his staff on credible information conducted raid on Video game shop at Kuloor junction Mangalore. At the time of raid Police found 14 persons who were indulging in gambling activity. The Police seized cash Rs. 17,400/ and 4 Video Game boxes from the spot by arresting Ranjan, Antony Thopil, Gokuldas, Mutthappa, Mutthayya, Shekara Devadiga, Abdul Samad, Ravi Acharya, Sujith, Prashantha, Deepak Kumar, Arun D’Souza, Sunil, Keshava who were indulging in gambling.
In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in Kavoor Police Station PS U/s78, 79, 80 of the Karnataka Police Act.
